Isabel was born in Melbourne, Australia. Her dad is Australian and her mother Swiss. Her family grew up in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru a small mining town located in Cairns in the Northern Territory and Cairns Australia. Together with her sister Nina Isabel, she attended schools where First Nations and other children of different cultures were included. Isabel lives within Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel has been involved with drama from her early high school days. In the following years, she pursued a degree in drama in Queensland University of Technology at Victorian College of Arts. In 2002, she was not ever auditioned. She was auditioning for the role of Tasha in Home and Away 1998. They weren't sure she was suitable to play the role, however they were awed by her performance, and offered Tasha an opportunity to play the part. She spent 3 years playing her first role on television and was awarded an Logie Award for new popular artist for her appearance. In 2008 Isabel moved into Los Angeles. In 2009, her breakthrough part was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Isabel has since appeared in many US and Australian film productions and won many nominations. Isabel has recently appeared on Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy a fast-becoming Australian classic and also in the soon-to-be released film Lunacy. Isabel just wrapped Sons of Summer. In the pre-production stage, she'll play Marie Curie as part of Radiant. This film is being written and directed by an award-winning Annika Glc. Isabel is a passionate animal rights advocate, and has been working closely with a number of environmental groups. She has been a very proud patronambassador of Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival HRAFF over the last 10 years, until 2020. Isabel is a model for many cosmetics, fashion as well as eco-conscious initiatives.
